With less than a week to “recover” (Clody and Gaige had a film job with grueling hours that week), we were off to Maker Faire San Mateo. This is a big deal.
“Maker Faire is part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new, Maker Faire is an all-ages gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors. All of these “makers” come to Maker Faire to show what they have made and to share what they have learned”
Needless to say, we fit right in – even better, we stood right out – receiving not 1, but 2 blue Editor’s Choice ribbons! It was awesome seeing such a wide spectrum of people enjoying RallyBowl, and obviously we are going to need to build RallyBowl Jr.
Great event, great crowd, definitely a feather in our hat – Thank You Maker Faire!
